Order Processing

Once you place your order, please allow 1 to 3 business days for us to process it, pack it, and get it ready for its journey to you. You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is placed.

Shipping Times

We ship directly from our global manufacturing partners to keep prices as low as possible for you. Here is when you can expect your package to arrive after it has been processed:

  • United States & Canada: 7 to 10 Days

  • Rest of the World: 7 to 12 Days

Please note that during busy holiday seasons, shipping times might take just a few days longer.

Order Tracking

As soon as your order leaves the warehouse, we will send you an email with your tracking number. You can use this number to watch your package's journey right to your front door!

Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be 100% happy with your purchase. Because we ship our items directly from our partner facilities, our return process is designed to be as simple and stress-free as possible.

If Your Item Arrives Damaged or Incorrect

Your satisfaction is our top priority. If your product arrives broken, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, you do not need to ship it back to us.

Simply follow these easy steps within 30 days of receiving your order:

  1. Take a clear picture of the damaged or incorrect item.

  2. Email the picture to our support team along with your Order Number.

  3. We will immediately arrange for a free replacement to be sent to you, or we will issue a full refund—whichever you prefer!

Change of Mind or Ordering the Wrong Size

Because our items are shipped globally, sending products back is often very expensive and takes a long time.

If you ordered the wrong size or simply changed your mind, please reach out to our customer support team within 30 days. While we cannot always accept physical returns for these reasons, we truly care about your experience. We will happily work with you to find a fair solution, such as offering a partial refund or a heavy discount on a replacement item so you can still get exactly what you need.

Lost Packages

If your tracking number shows that your package has been stuck in the same place for over 15 days, or if it says delivered but you never received it, please contact us! We will investigate immediately and make sure you either receive your order or get your money back.
